When your technician is 20 minutes away from your chalet he’ll send you a text so you can be ready for him and so you don’t need to be hanging around waiting. Each person then gets a personal equipment fitting from the technicians who carry lots of spare boots, skis and boards, and who pass on lots of useful tips and tricks for having comfy feet.
The technicians aim to be with you within an hour between 8am and 8pm, 7 days a week. They also collect everything, so no need to get to the shop to take everything back. They just send you a text on the morning of your departure with a collection time slot.
