This Chamonix chalet is a divine, lovingly restored, beautifully interior designed little wooden house, or mazot, offering gorgeous cosiness and a dash of colourful, Alpine style.
Authentic Alpine. Mazot Uno is a beautifully refurbished old log cabin with stunning views of Les Drus and Mont Blanc. Style abounds, with bright pops of colour everywhere, Moroccan tiling and shabby chic furnishings. Just gorgeous.
There are two gorgeous little bedrooms in this Chamonix chalet, including a glass-walled loft with knock-out views of Les Drus and one twin which can also be a double and can take an extra fold-up bed. There are two bathrooms.
Mazot Uno is a self-catered chalet and is fabulously appointed with a fully-equipped kitchen. There is a fridge, freezer, oven, gas hob, microwave, coffee machine and dining table for six.
The mazot does not have a spa but there is an outdoor terrace and shared patio area.
Children are welcome. The bedrooms can be configured with a pull-out bed and a cot, plus there is a separate tv room for children to play in.

The lack of catering, but it is so cute and well-appointed, and you can avail yourselves of all the gorgeous restaurants nearby.
LOCATION
Mazot Uno is in the upmarket, forested area of Chamonix called Les Bois. There are panoramic views of Les Drus from the cabin, and it is just a 5 minute walk to La Flégère ski lift.
GETTING THERE
Geneva is the nearest airport, just over an hour away, and the chalet can arrange transfers. A car is recommended, although there is a good, efficient bus service free to skiers that runs between the different Chamonix valley ski areas.
